SYSTEM COPY ERROR IN DUAL STACK

Hi Experts,

I was doing system copy in PI system from quality to sandbox

Restored database & when I tried to do system copy got stuck at one place &  unable to find any solution.

I was facing below errors.

Installation got stuck at 32/38 phase(fig.01)& (fig.02).

Given exact password of source system cross checked 2-3 times.

System was built successfully. I'm able to see MMC was up & running.

But unable to login from GUI as we are facing error.

I even tried uninstall system & restored it back.

I planned to do EXPORT & IMPORT method ( But it is not recommended for higher version in SAP)

Technically all errors are same & got stuck at only one place.

Need some help in this issue as the requirement is very urgent.

Hi Naveen,

Check logs in installation log directory.

also you can check work directory logs as well.

I hope they can give you some hint.......
