Is it possible to edit a existing excel document in solution manager

I am trying to edit a excel in S2M solution manager.

I am not able to do it. I downloaded the excel by exporting and have made the changes that i have 

to make to that excel . I know to attach a document to S2M ticket.

But it is hard for me to edit it in the go while viewing the ticket .

This thing is not a matter of urgency . But will be useful in the future.

Sorry but what do you mean by S2M?

Besides, you are mentioning tickets. In which context do you wish to edit an Excel document?

Are you using ITSM, or ChaRM?

Depending on the location of the file, the Document Management will be different.

Could you please provide more details on your query?

Hi Remi ,

See i attach a excel file by going to Transaction data -> documents in solution manager while viewing a ticket.

There in the documents tab ,later i had to edit values in the same excel that i attached.
I know to display the document but unable to edit it on the go.
for example , we edit a excel file in the share point site like viewing it in the HTML way,edit and save it back.

But here we have to download that excel , then delete, then again add the new document back to the ticket.
Just wanted to know if i can edit the excel just on the go like viewing the document.

Hi, Anandakiran.

I think you should use check-in/check-out functionality not to delete/add new documents. It is possible in ITSM.

In CRM UI find your attachments block, choose "Advanced button" and you will see details:
