Cost Capture for Sales Promotion items-Non Stock items

Dear All,

Need valuable inputs on below business scenario.

For exports sales,we have sales promotions items like giving Advertisement Banners -1Bundle,Carry bags-500 Qty ,T-shirts -1000 Qty to customer.

Client requirement is capture the cost of all the sales promotion items and no VK11 Pricing required.

In Sales order ,by maintaining as text item ,how to capture the cost

Which item category is relevant for capturing cost like free goods,for Non stock items(Text items) with no material and inventory.

Internal Order is normally used to capture costs.
