Hi Raj,

I saw the output device LP01 does not have any Spool Server defined in SPAD.
You should enter server name into field 'Spool Server' for output device LP01 in SPAD ->  Output devices -> LP01.

Hi Raj,

Can you verify if  correct spool server is assigned to LP01 in SPAD... did you installed this system with a system copy procedure ?

Hi Rajasekhar,

Then in the user profile , output device is mentioned as locked.

check the sapnote 798343 - Error message "The output device &1 is locked on R/3 side "

Hi Rajasekhar,

If it doesn't work then then check the SM12 and look for the table TSPO3D having a argument LP01.

If you find anything such then some user might be changing the LP01.

Also you can enable and disable the output device through export and import.

Follow the link but here you have to specify the specific Output device.

Hi Rajshekar

Double click the printer and in the first tab (DeviceAttributes) in the lower pane there is a checkbox "Lock Printer in SAP System"

If it is checked then uncheck it & save.

Hi Rajasekhar,

Goto transaction SPAD. Then select output devices--then double click on printer LP01.

In the resulting screen for DeviceAttributes you will  find a check box Lock Printer in SAP system. I think this check box in checked in your case. Please uncheck it and try again.
