You should post your version and perhaps configuration (e.g. multiplex?) to help. Knowing your version/SP/PL might also allow a search of future release details as well, to see if the issue has been solved.
Release notes details can be found usually in a SAPNote attached to the release. For example, when on the SWDC, click the 'Info' link provided with the patch. This will open a window with the links to the SAPNotes describing each patch.
Selecting the note for your desired patch, will bring up the SAPNote containing the README.txt files for the platforms in that release.
You can review the fixes for that release and see if it has been fixed.
That being said, you may want to open a case anyway and first confirm more quickly if this is an issue that has already been solved in a current release or patch. If not, then it will help SAP identify a possible issue.
