SAP-EWM Issue for return to vendor

HI,

I have a issue while return to vendor process, as i have set up inspection rule for the material and the following POSC set-up is working fine and going to work center but while doing the quality inspection for the material in the follow up list unable to see other than Putway and scrapped where return is missing, in the drop down

Hi,

I have maintain E for returns also and still its not showing in the dropdown list in QA work centre for me to take this forward.

QM is happening from ECC, so the followup action will trigger from ECC not EWM.

Check settings for your warehouse number at below config.

IMG -> EWM -> Cross Process settings -> Quality management -> Results -> Maintain Follow up action.

Check the combination of your warehouse number, IOT type and follow up action 'E'.
