install support package, SUM or SAINT/SPAM ?

I don't find the user guide to install support package in my ECC6 EHP4 sp13.

but I don't what is the best practice in 2014.

Hi Bruno,

Use SUM and refer it's guide and note

1981278 - Central Note - Software Update Manager 1.0 SP12 [lmt_008]

Also, once guide is read, it's a guided procedure.
