Can not 'Close' Master Agreement

Hi Experts,

In our Sourcing system we are seeing below error message when we try to close a Master Agreement (MA). But as such there are no dependent 'descendants' (child) against that MA and it is a webpage message in stand alone Sourcing system. We request for suggestions to resolve this issue and 'Close' MA in CLM. So that the respective Outline agreement line items to delete in ECC.

which version you are on?.

There was a bug before and SAP has fixed the bug in SP17.

Hi Uday,

We are on SAP Sourcing Ver. 9 SP18 (recently upgraded from SP11 to SP18). We were having two such issues. One issue got fixed after upgrade. How ever the other issue still there with a change.

The second MA which is yet to be closed, is now neither showing any error nor turning to "Close". Any suggestions on this?
