SAP Hana 30 Day trial

Hi,

I am trying to get the SAP BW Hana 30 day trial setup. I have got to the stage where i have "activated" the instance...i have left it for 45 minutes and it still says undefined...is tehre something wrong or need to leave it for longer. I know i am getting charged by amazon for this so dont want to to wait and wait and nothing happens.

I am not sure if this is the right forum for the question so let me know if i need to try anther area.
