Unable to Revoke TECO

Hi,

I want to revoke TECO from WBS level in my project, but when i do it from "Edit>Complete technically>Undo" system gave message that user status TECO is active. I changed the user status to BUDG but still get the error.

Please support...

hi

check in BS22 whether I0045 is in allowed state or Forbidden state

Hi,

Please check the set up of user status configuration in OK02. Check whether BUDG allows resetting of TECO.

@saurabh.. i don't have authorization for OK02, Anyways thank you i will check with my SAP provider for authorization...

Arslan,

Please take SU53 screenshot when you enter t code OK02.. That will give you an idea what is missing authorization by you for this t code...

Subsequently get in touch with Security team to provide you relevant authorization.

Hi,

Take authorization to OK02 transaction from basis consultant.

they will add transaction in your roll the try and let us know if any concern?

Hi Arslan,

Is it the same error or the new error?  Depending on the setup of user statuses it might be impossible to change it back, but you should show the customizing screens for user statuses setup.

Same error just mentioning user status BUDG is active.

Hi Arslan,

You can try to roll back further until un-TECO is allowed, but that all can be visible in OK02.
