How to upload a word or PDF file?

I want to upload a word  or PDF file as its easy to maintain.

in this editor its time consuming to upload picture and content one by one.

Upload PDF is not possible for you. Only SAP Employee can upload the PDF file as document.

This is correct.  Document attachment are not accepted so please use the rich text editor provided.

you don't have to upload each image one-by-one: you can also drag and drop them.

It is annoying to go there and find nothing else than a link or an attachment that has to be downloaded before it can be opened.

My experience is that such content is less recognized,

for example this document: has about 300 views and just 2 likes,

while a this posted 2 months earlier has more than 11000 views and 24 likes
