Data source name is blank in Relational connection establishing in IDT

While creating Relational connection in IDT, the data source name is blank to select.

where we can create data source name

Hi

Normally accessing the data from SQL DB, we need to update DSN.

Data Source name (DSN) is a string that has an associated data structure used to describe a connection to a data source. Most commonly used in connection with ODBC

DSN attributes may include, but are not limited to:

• the name of the data source
• the location of the data source
• the name of a database driver
• user ID

The system administrator of a client machine generally creates a separate DSN for each relevant data source.

And same DSN we can fill while creating relational connection access the data from SQL DB.

Hi Santosh,

In parameters section it will ask for data source name to provide.
