Idoc triggering automatically

Hi Experts,

     For us, Idoc ZINVAK.ZINVAK01 is working fine in Dev.

     But in QA, it is automatically getting triggered 100s of times daily(automatically).

     And status is message monitoring is set to "To Be Delivered".

     Due to this, other messages are getting Failed/Waiting forever.

     What is the way to stop the automatic triggering of Idoc?

     It is creating much problem, and wasting time.

Hi Saranji,

Check the Partner profile setting for the Message type ZINVAK.ZINVAK01  in QA ( Triggered immediately ?)

Check the frequency of the jobs triggering the idoc processing FM.

Hi Saranji,

configured correctly means is that trigger immediately or background job processing?

if its background job processing what is the frequency of the job?

Note:- check how many variants created for the program RSEOUT00? and check each variant whether message type ZINVAK.ZINVAK01 is added for any partner in the variant?
