Start NwSapSetup in shared folder

Dear all,

I want to start the NwSapSetup.exe which is in a shared folder. The start is defined in a batch file:

\\server\Setup\NwSapSetup.exe /package="NameofPackage" /silent

But when the Command Prompt open the program starts and ends until a second.

When I use the batch with direct file directory like C:\Setup\NwSapSetup.exe .... it works fine.

What parameter must be set that the installation starts remotely correct?

Can you please provide the sapsetup.log file for this instance?

It will give us an idea of what' going on.

Thanks for answer. I found the solution. Problem was, that I have shared a folder which was inside the installation server folder. After I shared the installation server folder the installation batch was ok.
