Hi Reddy,

If possible try to recreate SAPOSS connection by deleting the old one through OSS1 and check again.

Also confirm are you able to logon to SMP via OSS1 transaction.

Gaurav

Hi Rajasekhar,

You can delete the SAPOSS rfc connection and recreate the same in OSS1 connection.

Before that paste the screenshot of OSS1

- Run the transaction OSS1

- Goto Parameter->technical setting (paste the screenshot)

Hi,

Could you share OSS1 technical settings and check the instance number should be 99 under both SAp router at Customer site as well as at SMP.

Addition to this kindly check the router validity.

Regards,

Gaurav

Hi gourav,

we maintained , both are 99 only..

we installed recently only 4 months back, so no problem of router validity

If you want to test all is fine except routtab, then backup routtab, delete everthing and put " P * * * " and then try again.

Hi Raj,

could you please try to add the saproute host name (instead of using IP, in case you are using public IP).

MSHOST =/H/<hostname>/S/sapdp99/H/<sap ip>/S/sapdp99/H/oss001
