Cannot upgrade from 1.18 to 1.20 Desktop

Hi,

Following the prompt message I had tried to upgrade my Lumira installation but I am seeing this screen:

Proxy is configured so it should not be a server issue.

Any thoughts?

Durmus,

     Try to delete the hilo_license.properties file.  The location is in C:\Users\Public\sapvi

Then run the upgrade again.

This way it asks the keycode again - which is not my major problem actually. But then the update/upgrade starts but is not proceeding.

I will try some time later.

This is purely a guess on my part - could it be because you didn't upgrade to 1.19?

It might be easier to uninstall Lumira and just install 1.20

Maybe others have suggestions here too so you might want to wait
