Passing logged in user in SAP Personas

I wanted to check if it is possible to pass the logged in user as a variable in Personas. Also is it possible to read excel  values in to item details after reading the excel in Personas

I'd like to share some information to you.

For the first query - you can use the sap-user query parameter to launch Personas and it pre-fills the user name on the logon page, like

https://<hostname>.<domain>:<port>/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp/index.html?sap-user=<username>&sap-password...>

However it is not recommended to use sap-password parameter for security reasons.

Second query - it is not possible to import a spreadsheet (xls) using Personas.

However, if the underlying SAP transaction support such an import, it will also work in Personas.
