Hi
I created JCO connections to a sap server. The SLD was good and ok. However, from the JCO I am getting this error.
Please let me know <b>what is the solution to fix them.</b>

Hi Manish,
-Is it correct if Gateway host is the name of Exchange Infrastructure server, webas ?
-Is it correct that i choose "_SLD_RFC" in the part of data correction programs?
Thank you
Nutida

Hi
Check if your message server is mentioned properly in your SLD. Also ensure that you have added that entry in the services file of windows nt. If you log in to your ABAP system at the right hand bottom , you would find a 3 letter caption. Just go to your services file and say
sapms<the 3 letter name> . Press a tab and then enter the port number as 36<instance number>. If instance number is 01 enter it as 3601.
The error you are getting mainly happens in case of Message server not being proper.
regards
Ravi
Hi Nutida,
Can you check, have you added "sapmsDEV" and the port 3600/tcp in your service file? if yes, then i think the entries that you have given under sld should be wrong. make sure that your group "PUBLIC" exists in R3 and the Host name is correct in sld.
Cheers,
Kumar

Hi,
The problem could be in the MessageServer name that you have entered in the SLD (while adding the system info in SLD).
The SLD you are going to refer in the content admin for Jco connection. So it will display all the list of systems in the dropdown box while creating Jco destination.
One more problem could be with the ticket!!Change the user authentication from ticket to "user.password" while creating the Jco destination and enter your username and password on the R/3 system and try

Hi Nutida ,
Are you getiing this error in contentAdministrator while configuring the Jco connection ?? (While testing the connection ?).
If so it looks like the system that you have added in the SLD is wrong. Please check the messageserver name once again in SLD and create connection once again.
