Charm Request

Hi All.

we have few questions on  charm configuration

1) we have created one project and assign this project to charm

   all this project related request will track with charm

  now my issue with other Requests in system, how to track

2)once charm is implemented , cant we move transport request manually

3)Now how the system knows this transport request belongs to this project

Please guide me

If project is having value, we can say this request belongs to charm.

We can move other requests by manually.
