Internal error or database inconsistency error message.

Hi,

i am using this FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'

if i execute the sending email report the following error occured.

sy-subrc = 6 (x_error)

x_error refers to “Internal error or database inconsistency”.

what kind of setting i need to do for correcting this error.

related to the Internet Transaction Server...
