HANA BW ETL VS. DataServices

What would be a typical scenario where DataServices should be used instead of the already available BW ETL Processes?

hello Magnus,

The BODS scenario would be interesting to propagate finance data to SBO FC Financial Consolidation. As this uses FIM/BODS.

For other scenarios the BW ETL staging is preferred, because natively implemented in the BW HANA dbms filesystem, highest performance , under SAP management and allowing the unique Financial Mash-up capability of BW on HANA.
