SAP HANA One instantiation fails inside VPC in region Asia Pacific (Tokyo)

Hi, When starting a SAP HANA One instance inside VPC in region Asia Pacific (Tokyo) an error is returned: requested instance type (cc2.8xlarge) is not supported in this region (ap-northeast-1). Please retry your request in the following regions: us-east-1, eu-west-1, us-west-2, us-gov-west-1. When starting a SAP HANA One instance inside a VPC in region US West (Oregon) the operation succeeds. Would anyone know what may cause this (and how to fix)? This appears to be either intermittent or very recently corrected. While I experienced a similar problem with a Tokyo VPC instance started about 1 hour ago, a second instance started 10 minutes later with the same conditions, started properly.

We are investigating with AWS, but this may have already been corrected.

Our investigations with AWS have determined that the cc2.8xlarge instance type is currently only available in the "ap-northeast-1a" availability zone and the error message need to reflect that it is an availability zone issue rather than a region issue.
