cannot commit xs to sap hana one

Dear expert,

I'm from SAP Labs China. My colleague in the US created a SAP HANA One for me. I can access it with putty. In the studio, I can create tables, create repositories. I mean it is ok in the "SAP HANA Systems" and "SAP HANA Repositories", although the connectivity speed is slow. However, I cannot commit xs app code (sometimes tracking project blocked commit, sometimes commiting 50% for hours), the connectivity is unreliable and the speed is too slow. I've tried many public network, all failed. There is no such problem when I use studio to connect SAP HANA installed on my team's machines. What is the reason? Is that I am in China and the SAP HANA One instance is in the US?

Hi Wenjun,

If you are in China, you may try to launch HANA One at Tokyo to minimize latency. We like to hear from other customers whether this is related to network (latency/bandwidth) or with XS only.
