Error in reclaiming log

Why am I getting this error ?

Hi John,

Is it a HANA One system? The message is posted to HANA One Support Community but  hostname is shown here as "hanadb1". If it is a HANA One system, it comes up hostname as "hanaserver".

You may check whether log volume has correct permission. You may use "chown hdbadm:sapsys" to the log volume if it is manually changed.
