I try to found how to convert isnumeric form sql to Hana but i don't found in the pdf file

How Can I do:

SELECT U_SEITaje, U_SEITalla, U_SEIFrzn

  FROM [@SEIMODELOTALLA]

  ORDER BY ISNUMERIC(U_SEITalla), U_SEITalla
