hi experts,
The MMR is flagged for deletion. I receive the message V1406 "Material xxx is marked for deletion" as information only.
Is there anyway to change this messge to Error.

Try this in SPRO
Logistics general > MM>Basic setting>Material types>Define attribute of system messages.
here give the message and try making error =E E = hard.

To Add to my previous update
you can goto se91 and give v1 in message class and the 406 as message number.
then do a where used ...you would get the list of function modules where it is used. here again you could input the hard error thru coding
also you can check transaction OVAH or OMT4
