Portal groups not visible in Access request - GRC 10 -SP12

Hi All,

In Access request when I click on Existing assignments I couldn't able to see the portal groups ( only ) which were assigned to the user.Please suggest.

And also please let me now where I can i get the list of users assigned to particular portal group.
