Installation Problem BI 4.1 SP 2 server on window 2008 R2

Hi All,

Please suggest what I should do

I have  to install SAP Bi 4.1 SP2  server on window 2008R2 server .

Setup is running fine but in setup sequence  one wizard UI is not showing like :-

Configure destination folder

Apart form this all setup steps  is showing correctly .

i need to install server in D:\Drive in place of default C:\Drive but by  default this window(<Configure destination folder>) is not showing in installer

Please see attachment  in which you will see the missing setup UI in red circle <Missing_setup.png>

Is it not letting you to update by browse? Was there any installation before on the server, which you uninstalled ?

I see the resolution details on provided link but the solution which has proposed  I understand  

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SAP BusinessObjects\<xxxxx>

but I have already deleted  SAP BusinessObjects folder form  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\

before going to re installation but still above issue persisting  please suggest what should i do next

I would suggest one thing, just do a find (Ctrl + f) on your registry and search for business objects and delete all entries which you could be impacting. restart the machine and give a try
