Custom RF Scanner Config setting- Mobile data entry

Hi Experts,

We are going ahead with custom Z transaction and link it with RF scanner.

there will be  a Master transaction Z*** , which will further drill down to 4 transactions Z**1, Z**2, Z**3, Z**4.

What is the config setting to be performed for connecting the master transaction Z*** with the RF scanner?

What part of config/setting will be done by BASIS , GRC and ABAP team?

What will the functional configuration required from the functional team?

In the Mobile data entry ---Define RF menu define the structure as mentioned

From software perspective Apart from the above mentioned BASIS team is supposed to activate the service
