Hi!
I am with a problem in a sales order with partial billing.
It got a product with price determined by the volume scale that has a price.
But when billed with a smaller quatidade changes the invoice price.
Does anyone know if we can keep the price of the order?
Thank you!
Clayton,
Please explain for example in order: for 10Liters, the price is 50 USD
in the bill, for 2Liters, the price will be 10 USD, but your requirement is to have 50 USD for bill qty = 2
Is this correct? Explain the business requirement.

Hi,
If I understood correctly, the scales are like:
Qty 0 -10 : USD 10
Qty 11 - 20 : USD 20
SO if the qty in sales order is 15, determined price is USD 20. So overall price = 15*20 = 300 USD
Now the qty in invoice is 5, hence it is determining USD 10, now the overall price = 5*10 = 50 USD, while it should be 5*20 = 100 USD.
The above suggestion is Good, do not redetermine the prices in Invoice. Use G in your copy control, so that the price from order will flow in invoice.

Hi,
In Copy control Sales document to Billing, check what type is there in pricing type generally it is 'G'' i.e
Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes, If it is not 'G', change it to 'G' and then check.
