hello gurus......

Request you to all please find below screen shot for your ready reference and give your needful feedback.

In this my activity Start date is:- 19-11-2014  and end date is 19-11-2014. today system is showing 2 days of delay column. That's why i have confirm that activity. Now system is showing in later column 2 days for activity and 4 days for network and wbs. how system calculating 4 days for network and WBS???????. How system calculated DELAY, earlier, later, past.??????

Hi Mahesh,

Please check below:

Delay: Time difference between current date and latest scheduled finish date. If final

confirmations were made, Delay = 0.

Later: Time difference between

- Actual end, if finally confirmed, or

- Planned end, if there are confirmations but no final

confirmations were made

and latest scheduled finish date

If there are no confirmations yet, Later = 0.

Dear Mahesh,

Delay calculation depends on basic start and finish date
please check your basic date for activity, network and wbs,

Delay:-

For network/order:

Today's date minus basic finish date

For network activity:

Today's date/time of shift begin minus latest finish date/time of activity.

For WBS element:

Today's date minus latest finish date/basic finish date

Later :-

For the network plan/order:

Actual finish date minus the basic finish date

For a network activity:

Actual finish date minus the last finish date

For a WBS element:

Actual finish date minus the last finish date or basic finish date
