Hello experts,
We are using the IT service desk (CRM_UI) and we encounter following issue concering dropdowns for support teams and processors:
We have 2 fields: "support team" and "processor". The support team can be "ICT1" and the processors are the people who are attached to this team. When assigning a support team to the issue, we select select a processor from the dropdown list in the CRM_UI. We maintain the support teams and processors in transaction PPOMA_CRM in the solution manager.
BUT when the number of processors assigned to a support team is greater than 10 people, the dropdown list is not available anymore in CRM_UI.
?It there a setting we can make to change this value (10) to f.e. 20?
