User session (HTTP/SMTP/..) closed after timeout (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

Hi Experts,

when we use DB13, click on the calender their is an error occurred...

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: User session (HTTP/SMTP/..) closed after timeout (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

we cannot move to the next step. i attached the error screen.. can anyone help me for resolving this issue...
