Locking Transport import queue for DEV and QAS system

Hello All,

Can someone help and share experience of locking the transport import queue for DEV and QAS ABAP system. How we can lock the import queue so that no body can perform the transport.

I tried set an import lock, proceed as follows:

1. In Transport Studio, choose the tab page for the system where you want to set an import lock.
2. Choose Lock Import Queue . A confirmation dialog box appears.
3. Confirm this prompt. The status of the import queue changes from UNLOCKED to LOCKED .

But did not get such option into the system.

There is a lock button/icon in import queue screen.

Have you tried clicking on that ?

I tried

stms->Import Overview->Selected one system in Queue->Display import queue

But did not get any lock option.

I tried with ddic and all other user having SAP_ALL but still lock icon is not visible.

I locked the system from the transport from the system overview option by logging with domain controller and simply locking system from the transport and distributed it.
