DB13 Error

Hi Experts,

When we are login to DB13 their is an error occured... I attched the steps and screen shots of  our problem... Can any one tell me a solution...

Hi Sajmal,

1st screenshot implies FQDN is not set and DNS entry is missing . So please get this updated.

You may also update local hostfile with FQDN entries to help resolve the db13 URL.

2nd screenshot is not an error .Its a pop-up asking for user credentials since single sign-on is missing.

On your web browser (that is on IE) uncheck the bypass the proxy settings? & Check "Comparability view settings"?
