Price is not pick as per condition record

Hi Experts,

We have created access sequence (Country/Sales Org./Distribution/Division) and maintained condition record with the same access sequence. Here with Division 08 we maintained Rs.100 and with Div 09 we maintained 150.Here in Material master, divison is 09.

Now when we create Sales order with Sales Area 2000/10/08 that time price is coming 150(As per Material Master) but we required 100 as per sales order.

Please suggest, how can we get price as per condition record without do chenges in material master.

Hi,

Request you to change table name of the document structure from KOMK-SPART to KOMP-SPART at access sequence field level for perticuler table.

After change, Try to check with new sales order creation.

First check your Analysis in Sales order pricing--will give you how system retrieving condition record.

may be -you might have maintained VOR2 settings--so acts accordingly.

Changing the division is not a Good practice(rather CRIME--sorry to use this word).

Checking the business Item at Item category will not control Sales order creation--for this we need to use the field CHECK DIVISION at VOV8.

Hi

You need to check the setting of sales document in (VOV8),

1. Item division - check whehter that option is selected or not (Indicates whether the division at the item level is proposed from the material master record of the item or whether the division you enter in the sales document header also counts for all items.)

so as per your requirement Uncheck this option

2. Check division - Keep this option blank

And then try, and check the analysis tab in Condition tab

Request you to take division for create sales order same as material division. After that issue will be resolved.

Also check item category setting. Have checked business item ? If not than tick mark it, Than system will not allow to create sales order if sales order header division and material division is differnet.

Once it done, Than i thing pricing problem will be resolved.

Hi Haresh,

Thanks for your reply but we can not create sale order with same div as Material master as per our business also we can not be change division of Material master everytime. Here we want to bifercate our price as per division used in Sales order with div 05/06/07/08 etc.

I have check the item category setting, here check mark in business item.

Than change your pricing condition access sequesnce table from VBAK_SPART to VBAP_SPART. After that system will pick pricing according to your requirement.
