Delivery PGI is done without Picking Quantity

Dear All,

Please help me to resolve below case where PGI (With movement 601) is done without Picking quantity of material.

Sales Order : 00XXXXXXXX
Delivery No. : 00XXXXXXXX
Invoice : 00XXXXXXX

In Above case Delivery contains 6 items.

In item 0060 Quantity is not Picked up but still PGI is done with Movement 601.

We have created Invoice for same but it contains only 5 Item as per the rule of Fully picked quantity can be invoiced.

Now we have Physical stock of material in our plant but in system stocked is not there due to 601.

Kindly give your valuable input that, how Can I correct this issue?

Can you share the picking status(VBUP-KOSTA) of line number 60 for your delivery? Ideally, if the item is relevant for picking, system will not allow PGI.

In addition to that can you check whether any of the following objects are different for this line(60) in compare to that of rest of the items(10 to 50):

- Payer

- Billing Type

- Terms of Payments

- Billing Date

- Incoterms

Please find the status of VBUP-KOSTA. It is A.

And Other Details like

-Payer

- Billing Type

- Terms of Payments

- Billing Date

- Incoterms are same as other line items.

This really strange and doesn't looking standard.

Is your transfer order created for the item?

Alternatively, have look on doc - and compare configuration for "Shipping Parameters at Client Level".

Along with that don't forget to check incompletion log configuration for your Item 60's item category, particularly the Status group configuration for picking.

Thanks for your Immediate Reply.

For Sales in this plant we do not have warehouse management and we do not create transfer order.

Our business people enters the picking quantity.
