Click on symbols in the Web Portal

Hello,

In some diagrams in the PowerDesigner Web, I can't click in symbols like tables and references to see the properties of them... in the same diagram, some symbols I can click others no... trying to find a solution, I already saw every possible configuration, I compared diagrams where I can with one that I can't click...

Someone help please? Many users are complaining about it ...

Unfortunately I didn't found a solution. I decided to use PowerDesigner Viewer instead of the Web Portal!

I found that in the IE console messages are logged for the symbols that can't be selected, the following type of messages are logged

Could not found class definition Entity, Id=x-10709

Cannot find the object 2111799

Cannot find the link object 997016

etc, etc.

Maybe this is a hint?
