Transaction FPWLMN

Hi experts,

What is the benefit of handling the disconnection process (triggered from dunning) with the new transaction FPWLMN in comparison with the traditional approach of using the FM ISU_DUNNING_BLOCK_DEVICE_0350?

Thanks!

Mario.

Mario:

One is for dunning, and the other is not for dunning.  You cannot process dunning disconnections using transaction FPWLMN and vice-versa.  FPWLMN is designed to handle remote ami disconnections/reconnections which are triggered outside of dunning.

regards,

bill.

Hi Mario,

FPWLMN (Manage WOrklists for Disconnection Notifications)  is used for remote disconnection for Smart / AMI meters. In the process we have configured, we release the contract accounts / disconnection docs which gets picked by the batch job for remote disconnection.

Thanks,

Ajay
