Report painter to S_ALR_87013532 and S_ALR_87013533

Dear Gurus,

I'm using the t-code CJE6 to translate the reports S_ALR_87013532 / 3533 from English to Portuguese.

The form used is 12KST1D and when I access it to configure the Portuguese idioms I can not see all columns as whether I was running the t-code S_ALR_87013532.

On report painter form the columns that is showed has not information about current and subsequent years as on t-code S_ALR_8701*.

My questions are:

1. What is other form which compose the t-code S_ALR_87013532 / 33?

2. How can I set the column on form to show the year when running the t-code?

Hi Silva,

Not sure if i understood your question - but will try to add in my comments.

In this report the form uses a variable, this variable uses the current year and gets the data from RPSCO and consolidates the values for that year.

all the previous year values from the current year are consolidated under row 'Previous Years'

Current year value is under '$0FY' here the output on the report is updated with the year as shown in your example 2014 Plan

following years are calculated as '$0FY+1', '$0FY+2' etc in future

so if you change the columns PLAN, ACTUAL, VARIANCE and VAR% to other language, the year number is added to these columns.

Question is do you want to change the number also to the other language - if not i think you should be good.
