Hi
Display ME2L report in HTML viewer. Input parameter for ME2L is vendor code.
Below link only takes me to SAP MAIN screen
it does not take me ME2L report. Is there any mistake in the above link which needs to be corrected.
below link if i open in different tab of my browser opens the report ME2L with mentioned vendor code in the link
Is there any mistake in above links or changes to be made for above link to run HTML viewer and i am dynamically picking the link from test box through script.

You should use a URL which incorporates a Personas shortlink.
Create the shortlink for your transaction/flavor combination in the Personas admin transaction, then build a URL similar to this:
The link GUID will depend on your system settings of course; you'd have to copy it from the admin transaction.

Hi Tamas,
Thanks for your help the link work fine and displays the report. But in case of dynamic generation of link i.e user will select the vendor and for that particular vendor we should generate the link and display the report in HTML viewer. Can this be achieved using HTML viewer.

Vishal.
Do you mean that the HTML viewer is embedded in the Personas flavor and this should call the report?
Of course is this possible. You just have to build the complete URL like above via a Personas script (using some JavaScript step in it) and then paste the URL into the HTML Viewer, then refresh the HTML viewer as the next script step.
Or you could just start the report as a separate web page in a new browser window or tab.
Hello Tamas,
Currently we are working with PERSOS 2 SP-Level-0003.
We have a requirement to call a FTP file(Shared local file) while clicking a Personas Launch button with Webpage option.
For example: we have a FTP file path '\\abc' and we entered this file url to the launch button for the webpage option. But during saving the Personas changes, the url will automatically changes to 'http://\\abc' from '\\abc' .And url 'http://\\abc' cannot be opened in the Browser.
Question:
Do we have any solution/option for opening an FTP file path from Personas screen or whether Personas screen can access only a HTTP or HTTPS file.
Could you please help us in this question.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Arshad Biju
