Hi
I'm looking at migrating data from our existing system to new SAP system.
One of the questions I've been asked is based on sales output conditions. I'm not sure what these are... as they could be pricing conditons to appear on a slaes output i.e. a sales order.... or a return order - am I correct? and typically what would we need to migrate in this area?
Thanks
Dave
Hi Dave,
Output Condition records are generally based on output type and sales area. So we need to maintain the data based on required criteria. We need to maintain different records for sales orders output, delivery outputs and invoice outputs.
Typically we have less number of records for outputs and can be maintained manually Or if number of records are more then you can use upload tool like LSMW.
in Tcode NACE you can maintain records for all outputs by selecting 1) object ie sales order or delivery or invoice and 2) output type in each object.
Hope this will answer your query.
