Dear Friends,
I have doupt regarding CRM_DNO_MONITOR Screen can any one help me on this.
I created ticket with wrong sold-to-party now i want to change this,
I executed the report and double click on the ticket with change mode but sold-to-party is grayed out i am not able to edit this, is der any option to edit this field please help
