No RFC authorization for user PIDIRUSER

Dear Experts,

We have got a fresh installation of PI 7.4 system, dual stack.

Getting the below cache issue when activating the objects in ID(Dev Env).

"Unable to notify Integration Server affected by data changes HTTP connection  to http://host:5xxxx/sap/xi/cache?sap-client=110 returns status code '500'  (Exception during cache refresh : No RFC authorization for PIDIRUSER.) in reponse"

1) Have configured the IS_URL to http://host:5xxxx/sap/xi/cache in sxmb_adm

2) Have given the below roles to PIDIRUSER

          SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

          SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_PI_CFG_SRV

          SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR

          SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER

          SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER_MAIN

Attached is the log screenshot when I tested(F7) in sxi_cache t-code of PI ABAP stack.

Also I'm getting an HTTP response 400 when I'm trying to test the service sap-->xi-->cache in sicf t-code.

May I please request you to know if I have missed anything over here.

Thanks,

Prajwal

First adjust the path in your RFC destination "INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI" and set it to "/dir/CacheRefresh".

and when it comes to roles of PIDIRUSER, the note mentioned by Sankar should address your issue.

Hi,

Try logging in ID with user: PISUPER and make any dummy change in ID.

Then save & activate.

Make sure that following roles are assigned, Ask your BASIS folks.

SAP_SLD_CONFIGURATOR

SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_DISPLAY_USER_J2EE

SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_ID_SERV_USER_MAIN

SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE

Try this and let us know.
