Consume Web Service https

I need your help.

I try to consume https Web Service in a Java Web Dynpro.

I can create a model of web service, it was created correctly. At point execute I have a exception:

That exception is due I need to install a certificate of Web Service (https)?

I am using NWDS (7.01.05 (2004s))

What is the way (step by step) to consume a https Web Service?

Exception:

java.rmi.RemoteException: Service call exception; nested exception is: com.sap.exception.io.SAPIOException:: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key Could not create SSL socket:java.net.ConnectException A remote host did not respond within the timeout period.
