PTO Scenario

Hi Gurus  ,
We have PTO scenario where we procure the material externally & send directly to the customer .Sales order created & after MRP run it generates the PR
In Material master procurement type is "F" is maintained & we also mainatined the planned delivery time & GR processing  time
But in  sales order system is not considering the planned deilvery time & GR processing time while running the ATP in sales order .
But if we maintain the "Total Replenishment lead time " then it is being considered by the system  .
As per SAP standard we should not maintain the total RLT in material master  for externally procured items& it will be calculated by the system through "Planned Delivery time"  & GR processing time .
Please let me know why availability check in not working here when "Planned Delivery Time " is mainatined in the material master .

We are using stnadrad checking group "02" with all the standard setting (RLT indicator unticked)  .

First of all, what do you mean by "PTO"?   Avoid using SMS language in SCN.  Coming to your issue, ensure that the said material master is extended for Purchasing View and all relevant master data are maintained in this view.
