High roll wait time related to sessionManager.htm in CRM

Hello Jason,

Perhaps, you can provide some context around how this problem started, what are the users doing, any change that has occurred recently, without such context information, it maybe difficult to understand the problem you have posted.

Dear Jason,

High Roll Time can be related with a problem between the front-end and the back-end such a network problem. I found the following case of study with a similar problem as the one you have (the author has a problem with DIALOG task type):

It could be a good idea to do a system trace with transaction ST12 to check where the time is going during the execution of the application.
