Automatic Log on

Hi,

does someone knows how to disable automatic log on in Lumira Cloud?

The issue I face is that I´m automatically logged on in Lumira Cloud with SSO or with another user (John Smith).... I would like to have the choice to select which user I´m going to use to log on.

Hi Rene,

Start browser in the private/incognito mode, click Cancel button when prompted to use the certificate/SSO, and then you should be presented with a logon page to enter your user name and password.

Also just to add, if your Internet Explorer is setup to disable any prompts for SSO certs, instead of enabling, simply access the Incognito mode through Google Chrome. Should be simple from there with what Boris has explained above.

Could you uninstall the SAP SSO Certificate?  On laptops where I don't have the SAP certificate installed, I can log on directly
