Do you have more details about the error you're facing?

Also, are the dependent services up and running?

No, I don't have more details on this error.

I am not able to understand why Java foundation is failed to start?

Does it cause any issue on the development of interfaces?

Dependency issues are in following areas;

  • AEX
  • ESR
  • Process Integration and Orchestration package.

Does the Java Foundation be always remain up?

Does the re-installation is the only option?

I have attached herewith another screen capture.

Please advice.

Go to the NetWeaver Administrator -> Operations -> Start & Stop.

Verify the Java Services tab and the Java Applications tab and look for services being in error or not started correctly.

Also, you could try restarting the complete system

Ok thanks Dimitri.

For this, I will have to contact our NetWeaver administrator.

Thanks again for your inputs.

Hi Erva,

Please refer to this SAP Note 2080293.

According to this not stop the mentioned service (sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~cdp~cdp_ws~client~proxy) and as of now you can ignore this error(Java Foundation-Failed to start).
