How to customise Logon Balancing error in SAP GUI?

Hi All,

I am trying to customise the logon balancing error that is encountered from SAP GUI when connecting to systems.

For us, it is mandatory to connect with our organisation VPN before accessing any SAP system from SAP GUI or portal.

In case , the user is not connected to VPN, SAP GUI throws the Logon balancing error.

I want to show a message in that custom error in place of that Logon balancing error.

As far as I understand, the error message is generated from SAP GUI .But i could not find a way or any post for customising that.

Can anyone help here?

Sorry Deep, but these popups are not customizable.

You need to advise your end-users on the use of VPN

So none of the errors generated from SAP GUI are customisable?

And can I get any reference note that says this is not possible?

Sorry, there are no notes, since it is not a correction or bug of any kind.

Since this is a SAP standard behavior, we do not have notes to describes this.
